I post any items ordered on-line by Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force according to weight.

The postage and packing charge on standard orders is £5.

This charge will be added to your payment when you check out via PayPal.

I aim to despatch products the next working day after they have been ordered.

Delivery timing and payment will be arranged for bespoke orders on an individual basis.

I will email you to let you know when your order has been despatched and an estimated date of delivery. Your products should reach you within 3 working days. If your order has not reached you within 5 working days please contact me to let me know.

As it is only me making, packing, despatching orders there may be occasions when I will need longer than usual to make your products for you due to unexpected volume of business or shortages or late delivery from my suppliers.

I will always contact you to inform you of any possible delays and give you the option of cancelling your order and a refund.

If you are ordering gifts they can be wrapped and sent directly to the recipient on your request.

Next Day Delivery, Signed-for Delivery and Overseas Delivery Can be arranged on request.

If you live locally to me it may be possible to collect your order from me. Please contact me to arrange this before you order as if you order on-line you will automatically be charged for delivery.
